Since our hoa hasn’t been consistent in planning our community sale for the Festival Foothills side for the last several years, I will go ahead and commit to setting the date and making a map and for future dates. Even though I will call it the Festival Foothills Community Sale - both sides can add their home to the map. I will also see what I can do to advertise more outside of the community (time and budget permitting as I do this on my own with my own funds, so I make no promises on this).

For now, I will plan on the 3rd Saturday in March & October every year for the sale, so save the date! Dates are tentative due to other events that may be scheduled, weather, etc.
