Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. All business listings are self managed. This listing does not include setup, ongoing technical assistance, or marketing services.

  • No. Businesses do not need to be located within Festival Ranch. The directory is intended to support businesses in Festival Ranch and surrounding communities.

  • Yes. You have full control over your profile and can update your information at any time.

  • Listings may be canceled at any time. They are not prorated and remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

    Simply log into to manage your account and click the Cancel button.

  • No. This is a self service business directory. You are responsible for maintaining your listing and for all advertising or promotion outside of the directory. Your listing provides a central place for your business to be discovered by the local community.

  • Go to the Manage Your Business Listing page and click the Submit a Newsletter Flyer button. Complete the flyer submission form and upload your flyer.
