Festival Foothills & Sun City Festival
Both Festival Foothills & Sun City Festival have a community sale twice a year. Generally in March & October. The HOA for each community sets their own dates for their sales, whether they set then for the same day or not as the other community is up to them. The HOAs do not make a list of participating homes, but if I am available to make an online map the info will be below.

Fall 2026 - I will create an online map (no printed copy or list) for those that submit their information. Submissions open 09/20/26 and close 10/14/26. The final map will be available here on 10/15/26.
When Dates are confirmed for each sale, I will add the flyers here.
