Festival Foothills & Sun City Festival
Both Festival Foothills & Sun City Festival have a community sale twice a year. Generally in March & October. The HOA for each community sets their own dates for their sales, whether they set then for the same day or not as the other community is up to them. The HOAs do not make a list of participating homes, but if I am available to make an online map the info will be below.

Fall 2026 - I will create an online map (no printed copy or list) for those who submit their address via the form. I will not be collecting information directly through DMs, emails, texts or other methods. I set aside one block of time to review all submissions after the deadline. Because this typically takes several hours of my time, I do not go back and forth with submissions individually. If you change your mind about participating after submitting your address, simply don't set up for the sale.
