Food Trucks at Festival Foothills is a volunteer-run neighborhood program providing weekly dining opportunities for residents.

Pop-Up Vendor bookings are managed through Street Food Finder. Vendors must have an active Street Food Finder account to book available opportunities.
Complete the application below to begin the onboarding process. Once your application is approved, you will be added to our Street Food Finder booking group and will be able to view and book available dates as they are released.

Yes. An active Street Food Finder account is required, as all bookings are managed through the Street Food Finder platform. Account registration and support are provided directly by Street Food Finder.

Possibly. If your Street Food Finder profile or supporting documents are incomplete, missing, or no longer current, you may be asked to complete this application or provide additional information before being approved.

There is no fee to apply. If approved, there is a flat fee for each booking. There are no commissions or percentage-based fees. Current booking fees and cancellation fees are listed on each Street Food Finder booking before you book.

Approved vendors may book available Pop-Up opportunities on a first come, first served basis through the Street Food Finder booking platform.
We do not accept requests for specific dates or times.

Festival Foothills is an ongoing neighborhood food truck program, not a special event.
Food trucks may be scheduled any day of the week. Available booking opportunities are listed in Street Food Finder.

Food trucks are generally scheduled during morning or evening shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Most booking opportunities are approximately three to four hours long. Each booking includes a scheduled start time and duration, which are listed in Street Food Finder.
Vendors typically arrive about one hour before their scheduled start time to set up. If your truck requires additional setup time, simply let us know in your application so we can make a note.

Standard bookings are generally limited to one truck at a time. If additional vendors are permitted, it will be noted under Action Items on the Street Food Finder booking page, along with any vendors already booked (if applicable).

Yes. Vendors are expected to operate independently and arrive fully prepared to serve. There is no on-site coordinator, power, water, or setup assistance provided.

Applications are reviewed as they are received. Because our program is volunteer-run, review times may vary. You will be contacted by email once your application has been reviewed or if additional information is needed.
