Festival Foothills uses Street Food Finder for Pop-Up Vendor bookings. Vendors must have an active Street Food Finder account to book available dates.
Complete the application below to begin the onboarding process. Once your application is approved, you will be added to our Street Food Finder booking group and will be able to view and book available dates as they are released.

Current menu graphic (png/jpg)
Current Maricopa County Health Permit
Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the Festival Foothills HOA as an additional insured.
