FOOD TRUCK SCHEDULE

View the current schedule, including any last minute changes.

Please check here for any last minute updates before heading to the park. This page is the most up to date schedule and overrides all prior reminders.

Food Trucks must submit last minute changes through a required form, which automatically updates this page. Posts elsewhere do not update this schedule.

If no update appears here, the vendor did not submit the required form.

Reminder posts on social media by us are informational only and are not updated for last minute changes.

  • This notice indicates that a vendor is either running late or ending their shift before the scheduled time. Vendors are expected to stay for their full shift, as those hours were chosen by them. The only exception is if they sell out. In some cases, vendors may leave early due to circumstances outside their control. While we cannot force them to remain on-site, they are required to report the reason to us. You can click on the update to view the reason and the time it was submitted.

  • If you see a cancellation notice, it means a vendor has decided not to attend. Some cancellations are made in advance, while others may happen last minute. You can click the notice to see when they informed us and the reason provided. We keep all cancelled dates visible on the calendar to maintain a clear record.

    Why do vendors cancel?
We know it can be frustrating when a vendor cancels. While we cannot force them to attend, there are times when cancellations are truly out of their control, such as emergencies or unforeseen issues.

  • When you see this update, it means the vendor has sold out of food and is getting ready to leave at the time they submitted the update.

Our vendors prepare in advance, which means ordering ingredients, prepping food, and loading their trucks before they arrive. They rely on past attendance trends to estimate how much to bring, but turnout can vary from day to day. In some cases, the capacity of a truck or its equipment also limits how much food can be prepared or stored. Once everything is gone, it simply means they had a great day serving our community!
