As a general best practice, we want to remind everyone to be mindful of unauthorized requests when it comes to food truck scheduling at the Festival Foothills HOA park.

Dawn Ankrom is the only person authorized by the HOA to approve food trucks at the Festival Foothills HOA Park. While residents may show interest or make suggestions, all official applications and approvals must go directly through Dawn and all communication regarding scheduling will be from our official website domain (@festivalneighbors.com) email addresses We do not schedule food trucks at any other location in the community or elsewhere outside of the community.

To keep things clear and consistent:

• We do not handle vendor approvals through social media or text.

• All trucks must be properly licensed and approved through the official process.

• If you're ever unsure, it's always okay to double-check.
