📍 Where We Coordinate Food Trucks

All food truck bookings shown on the @festivalneighbors schedule apply only to the private Festival Foothills Park located within the Festival Foothills subdivision.

📅 Booking Requests and Approvals

Food trucks operate independently and request the dates they wish to book at the private Festival Foothills Park. We review and approve requests and only publish approved bookings on the schedule.

🚫 Other Locations

We do not schedule, manage, approve, remove, or coordinate food trucks at any location outside the private Festival Foothills Park. We have no role or involvement in food truck operations outside the park. For operations at other locations, please contact the property owner or the food truck operating there.

🏡 Program Details

The food truck program is a resident run volunteer amenity offered to Festival Foothills residents with permission from the hoa. The hoa does not operate, manage, schedule, or administer this program and does not direct day to day coordination. All activity must comply with hoa rules in order for the amenity to continue.

An administrative fee is collected from participating food trucks to help offset basic program related costs. All coordination and administrative tasks are performed by volunteers.
