Bulk Trash Pickup

Southwest Regional Landfill Drop Off

Hazardous Waste (Including Battery) Drop Off
Drop Offs are accepted by appointment only. Rumor has it they may schedule a drop off in Festival from time to time. If I hear anything, I’ll add it here. Until then, for more info visit www.buckeyeaz.gov/household-hazardous-waste

Christmas Tree Drop Off

Street Sweeper Schedule

Buckeye Fire-Medical-Rescue
Located in Festival Ranch at Fire Station #704. If you are there for a non-emergency to drop off donations, food, etc to the Fireman, the door is kept locked so you will need to ring the bell to the right of the doors. This is the entrance to the right of the fire truck doors. You will see a sign that says ring bell! The police station lobby is on the left side of the building and is also locked because it is a satellite location that does not have office staff.

One Buckeye
The City of Buckeye comes out to the Sun City Festival Farmer’s Market (which is open to the public) on the first Market date of each month with different departments to answer questions and talk to the community. See the event calendar for upcoming dates.

Prescription Drug Drop Off
Once a month volunteers are available at the Prescription Drug Drop Off box located inside the Public Safety lobby. Drop offs may not be made when volunteers are not on location due to how the box is regulated. See event calendar for dates.

Festival Foothills HOA Park

Contrary to popular belief, the Festival Foothills HOA Park is not a public park. It is an HOA park for Festival Foothills residents.

The HOA occasionally gives permission for The Church at Sun Valley, the City of Buckeye and Food Trucks to use the park for public events, including Concert in the Park, Movie in the Park, Fall Festival, Christmas Festival and weekly Food Trucks. Sun City Festival residents are welcome to attend these events and grab some food from the trucks when they are there.

Sun City Festival Recreation Centers (Sage & Saguaro)
Both the Sage and Saguaro Centers are Sun City resident only facilities, but they are occasionally used for events and activities that Festival Foothills residents can attend too. These include the Club Expo twice a year, the Farmer’s Market every other week year round and bookmobile stops.
