Vendor Application

Apply to be considered as an approved Food Truck at Festival Foothills. Applications are reviewed to ensure compliance with local regulations, insurance requirements, and community standards.

Required Documents and Directory Materials

Applicants must upload the following:

  • Active Maricopa County health permit

  • Active Buckeye business license

  • Proof of active certificate of insurance (COI)

  • Business logo for directory listing

  • Menu sample or menu pricing sheet

  • Optional photos of your setup or products

Proof of insurance is required at time of application. Naming Festival Foothills hoa as additional insured will be required prior to final approval and scheduling confirmation.

Applications with incorrect or incomplete required documents will not be reviewed.

Review and Approval Process

Applications are reviewed in the order received. Approval and scheduling are not guaranteed.

Selected vendors will be contacted with the next onboarding steps required for final approval.
