Vendor Application
You have been invited to apply to be a preferred Food Truck at Festival Foothills.
Preferred vendor positions are limited and are offered to vendors based on factors including professionalism, communication, operational reliability, community fit, menu variety, scheduling needs, and trusted vendor referrals. Invitation to apply does not guarantee approval or placement on the schedule.
Required Documents and Directory Materials
Applicants must upload the following:
Active Maricopa County health permit
Active Buckeye business license
Proof of active certificate of insurance (COI)
Business logo for directory listing
Menu sample or menu pricing sheet
Proof of insurance is required at time of application. Naming Festival Foothills hoa as additional insured will be required prior to final approval and scheduling confirmation.
Applications with incorrect or incomplete required documents will not be reviewed.
Review and Approval Process
All applications are reviewed to ensure compliance with local regulations, insurance requirements, and community standards. Verified vendors will be contacted with the next onboarding steps required for final approval.
