The Festival Foothills HOA Park is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
At this time, we allow up to two (2) food trucks to be scheduled during the same shift each day, with the exception of designated special event days.
Vendors may set their own service hours and duration, as long as they fall within the park’s operating hours. We ask for a 1 hour buffer between different shifts to provide a smooth transition and lessen pedestrian traffic in the parking lot.
Scheduling is on a first-come, first-booked basis for vendors in good standing.
Approved vendors may request bookings up to 60 days in advance at any time by emailing us. You do not need to wait for us to contact you to schedule.
A second truck may be booked during the same shift, but approval depends on factors such as menu compatibility, cuisine variety, and the overall guest experience.
Second truck requests may be denied if the offerings do not complement the first truck or align with the event needs.
All booking requests are considered pending until confirmed. -
For designated special events, we do not accept booking requests. Instead, we personally invite vendors we believe are the best fit for each specific event. Special events are generally booked 3–6 months in advance.
No-shows, no-calls for special events may result in permanent removal from our approved vendor list. -
Since we allow vendors to choose their own schedules, we expect you to be on time and fully set up by the start of the shift you selected. Being dependable helps us run smooth events and supports a great experience for the entire community. When requesting dates, please make sure you are able to fully commit.
We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control, such as weather, mechanical issues, or other unexpected situations. In those cases, we just ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible. Any same day schedule changes should be submitted through our same day schedule change form on the vendor support page.
Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive with enough time to be ready to serve when your shift begins. If you are going to arrive late, we ask that you fill out the same day schedule change form as soon as possible to provide your estimated time of arrival.
Leaving Early: If you sell out, great job! Just let us know before you leave by filling out the same day schedule change form. Otherwise, we ask that vendors stay for the full shift they signed up for whenever possible to help maintain a consistent vendor presence.
You’re not required to stick with the same shift every time. If a shift isn’t working well for you, or you are always staying late because you are busy, feel free to adjust your time slot for any future bookings by emailing us.
Rescheduling or Canceling a Date: We release food truck schedules in advance and many residents plan around them. When a vendor cancels or removes a date after it has been scheduled, especially on the day of, it creates confusion and frustration in the community. If you need to cancel the day of, please fill out the same day schedule change form, otherwise you can just email us if you need to cancel or reschedule a future date. We understand that life happens, but consistent last-minute changes may affect future scheduling opportunities.
No-show, No-call: Failing to show up without any communication will result in immediate removal from our approved vendor list until further notice. No-shows are disruptive and unfair to the community and your fellow vendors.
We truly appreciate your commitment and professionalism. Your reliability is key to keeping our program strong and successful!
