Answers to frequently asked questions.

  • Register for an account by submitting an application. Once completed you will be in our system and you can start submitting events immediately. If for some reason we need to deny your application, we will let you know.

    All submitted events are pending until approved. We will only approve events that are added by registered organizers.

  • Any approved organizer can submit events. Organizers can be part of large festivals, small teams, or even individual, resident-run events.

  • All flyers graphics must be png or jpg formats. The size should be 8.5×11 with 300dpi. If your flyer does not meet these requirements, we may do basic edits for size and/or quality. If that cannot be done, you will need to submit a new flyer.

    We encourage all flyers to have as much information as possible including the location, date and time listed on them.

  • Every event lists the organizer and requires contact details so attendees know who to reach if they have questions.

  • We do not add real estate flyers for homes for sale or open houses to our event calendar. Please contact us for advertising options if you would like your real estate flyers added to our newsletter instead.

  • We only add flyers for the community yard sales to the event calendar, we do not add individual yard sale flyers to the calendar.
