vendor standards

  • Food trucks operate as an independent, resident-supported community amenity administered by volunteer residents.

Vendors operate independently and are responsible for their own business operations while participating.

The hoa does not manage, fund, operate, or promote this amenity in any way except for permitted use of park space.

  • Vendors operate independently and are solely responsible for all business operations, staffing, pricing, marketing, and execution.

Participation and scheduling do not create any partnership, employment, or operational control relationship.

Resident volunteers or administrators do not direct, manage, or control vendor operations. Vendors are responsible for promoting and operating their own businesses.

The schedule is published and maintained to ensure equal visibility for all vendors and the community. Participation is limited to approved booking dates only and does not imply open access to all dates.

  • Vendors must operate safely, cleanly, and in compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

They are responsible for staffing, equipment, and readiness during their approved service window.

Noise levels, generator use, and overall operational activity must remain respectful of the surrounding residential community.

  • Reliability is a condition of participation and a compliance requirement for continued booking eligibility. Vendors are expected to honor all scheduled commitments and operate as confirmed.

Frequent cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or leaving early unless sold out may result in loss of future booking eligibility and will be considered in ongoing participation decisions.

Past reliability will be considered when evaluating future scheduling requests, and individual dates may be declined based on prior participation history at our discretion.

Vendor participation is evaluated based on reliability, compliance with vendor standards and program requirements, community standards of conduct, and ethical business practices. These factors are considered when determining future scheduling eligibility.

  • The park and surrounding parking areas are private hoa property within a residential community and adjacent to an elementary school. Vendors are required to maintain a safe, professional, and family-friendly environment in a school-adjacent residential setting at all times.

Vendors must maintain respectful and professional conduct in all interactions with residents, visitors, other vendors, and volunteers. Harassment, hostility, disrespectful communication, or aggressive behavior in any form is not permitted.

Vendors must operate in a manner that does not create safety concerns, disrupt park operations, or interfere with scheduled service activities. Behavior that negatively impacts the community environment or the orderly use of the park may result in removal from the schedule and/or termination of participation.
