This section is used for general updates and reminders that vendors should be aware of. Items posted here may or may not also be sent via email.

  • Construction is beginning on cell phone towers at Festival Foothills Park. For safety reasons, all fenced construction areas must be avoided.

    The HOA has temporarily paused permission to use the park for any special events until construction is complete. It is estimated to take 3-4 months.

    As work progresses, portions of the parking lot may be closed at times. Due to safety concerns, construction activity, and HOA restrictions, this may temporarily limit how many trucks we are able to schedule at the park or result in no trucks being booked on certain days.

  • As a reminder, up to two food trucks may be scheduled per day; however, this does not guarantee placement or two trucks at a time. All requests are subject to approval at our discretion.

    Due to seasonal factors including summer heat and the departure of seasonal residents (snowbirds), overall scheduling availability will naturally decrease, and you will likely see fewer days where two trucks per day are approved during the hotter months.

    Please note that the ability to request a date does not mean the spot is open or that approval is guaranteed. Requests are reviewed based on availability and operational considerations.

    This has always been the process. This message is simply a reminder to help set clear expectations.
