MEMBERSHIP PRICING

Business directory memberships are open to all Festival Ranch residents as well as nearby non-resident businesses that service Festival Ranch, as long as there are no additional fees to service our area.

No contracts. Cancel your membership at anytime, your membership will stop at the end of your current billing period.

Your membership creates an online Business Card to be shown on the main page of the directory. When a visitor clicks on your business card, this opens up more information to be seen on your profile.

Below are explanations of each feature shown on your profile.

  • Business Name: Your business name will show up on your business card and your profile page.

    Contact Name: Your Contact name will show up on your profile page only.

    Website: Your website will show up on your profile page only. This is clickable link that will take visitors directly to your website. If you do not have your own website, we suggest adding your main social media link or similar. You are not able to add additional clickable links into your business description.

    Address: This should be the address of your business and will be shown on your profile page as well as a pin on the map on the directory page. We understand some businesses are home based and for privacy reasons you will be able to hide your address from your profile if you wish. This will also hide your pin on the map. Alternatively, if you are a online only or mobile business, but want a pin on the map, we suggest removing the house number from your address and only listing your street so that visitors know you are in the neighborhood without giving our your home address. Please note, doing this may or may not show your pin near your home, it goes off what goggle maps shows just for your street name.

    Phone Number: This should be your business number and it will be shown on your profile page only. We understand not everyone uses a phone for business purposes, so you may enter your personal number and hide it from your profile if you wish.

    Email Messaging: A “send a message” link will appear on your profile page. Visitors can click on this link to securely send you a message from the website and it will go directly to your email address on file. There is no option to show your email address here. If you would like your email address to be shown, you will need to add it into the business description section.

    Logo: You can upload a copy of your logo to be displayed on your business business card on the directory page.

    Tagline: You can write a tagline (up to 80 characters) to be displayed on your business card on the directory page.

    Description of Business: This allows you to write about your business, it is perfect to tell people what you offer, your pricing, policies or any other information about your business.

    Photo Gallery: The photo gallery shows up on your profile page only. It allows you to add relevant photos to showcase your services and/or products.

    Social Media Links: Social media links are available for a limited number of social media sites and include an icon on your profile page that visitors can click on to take them to your social media page to follow you. Be sure to enter the correct link for each social media, and test your links by going into your profile and clicking them to confirm you have entered them in correctly.

    Allow Recommendations: This feature allows visitors and other business members to leave you a recommendation. Recommendations will show up on your profile page. Your business card will also feature a “thumbs up” icon to show visitors you have recommendations.

    Ads: You can create ads to offer deals to customers or provide announcements. The ads will be featured on the Business Ads page on the website, as well as on a tab on your profile. Visitors will have the option to print your flyer. Your business card will also feature a “tag” icon to show visitors you have a current ad. You can only have one ad active at a time. To update your ad, simply delete your current one and create a new ad.

    #of Categories: Members can list their business in up to 5 relevant categories. Once your categories are set, you are not able to update them yourself, this requires member support to ensure categories are used appropriately.

  • Discounted Membership Fee: Yearly members get a discounted membership fee for committing to and prepaying for a full year. For a limited time, we are offering founders pricing to save even more money when signing up. Founders pricing will be grandfathered in for as long as you keep your membership active.

    Newsletter Ads/Business Spotlight Twice per membership year you can submit a full page ad or we can do a feature on your business to be sent out to our newsletter subscribers. Features are exclusive to yearly members and must be scheduled as we will only do a limited number of features per month. We do not limit ads per month, so as long as your ad is submitted by the deadline, it will appear in newsletter month you request. You can mix and match, doing 1 feature and 1 ad per year, or 2 ads per year, or 2 features per year. You may also purchase additional ad space at any time.

    QR Codes: We will provide 1 static QR code per year for yearly members. Static QR codes do not expire and do not require a subscription. The link provided for the static QR code is permanent and cannot be edited after creation. This means if you need to edit the link, you will need a new QR code.

    Social Media Shout Outs: Periodically we will post a link to each yearly business member’s directory page, as well as tag them on instagram, facebook or nextoor when applicable to help promote their business.

    Perks are non-transferrable and must be used during the membership year they are accrued, they will not roll over into a new membership year. There is no compensation for unused perks.

  • Yes! We want to support the youth in our neighborhood so we offer a 1 month Young Entrepreneurs Membership. Anyone 20yrs & younger can apply for a 1 month membership. After 1 month, your membership will expire and you will need to apply again if you want to renew your listing. Our Young Entrepreneurs Membership offers the same features as the regular Monthly membership. To apply, please contact us and tell us about yourself and what you are offering.

  • The service we provide is an optional investment in your business, just like any advertisement. Our site is voluntarily run and all the time spent managing it as well as all the costs associated for the web hosting, domain name, website plugins, membership profile software, newsletter software, payment gateways/processing, etc. that make the website run smoothly come from our own pockets. We charge a small fee to help go towards the costs and cover the remaining amount ourselves. We want to provide an affordable way for local business to be able to advertise their business and generate new leads. Charging a small fee also helps eliminate spam/scam listings as well as keeps businesses accountable for keeping their business listing up to date. Providing a directory with active, legit businesses in the neighborhood is important to us.

  • We will do our best to give a link to our directory whenever we see someone asking for a recommendations! Be sure that your profile is up to date so that leads will contact you if you fit their needs.

    Yearly members will have the option to be featured in our newsletter as part of their membership, as well as we will periodically promote them via social media shout outs. Monthly members and non-members may purchase ads.

    We encourage everyone to share the website directory as much as they can, not only for their own business, but for others in the community. The more we all share it, the more people know about it and use it. This leads to more visibility for all our directory members.

  • No, even though our focus is on the Festival Ranch community we still support all our surrounding communities as well, especially as both Buckeye & Surprise add more communities along Sun Valley Parkway. With that said, we ask that if you are a business that provides service at a clients location, that you do not charge additional fees to travel to Festival Ranch & surrounding areas.
